Sales Manager

If you are a seasoned sales professional looking for a new challenge in an international high-tech environment this function may be for you.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage the generation of high-quality new business leads.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline for new end customers, distributors and system integrators in civil engineering, energy, heavy industries, automation, automotive, marine and railways.
  • Successfully convert new business leads into opportunities.
  • Collaborate with customers and the product team throughout the product validation process.
  • Preparing price quotations and request for proposals.
  • Bring the sales process to closure.
  • Propose and negotiate profitable contracts, creating value for both parties.
  • Maintain relations with stakeholders and decision makers at the customer to support the sales process and obtain visibility on future needs.

Your profile

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales role for technical products within civil engineering, automation, or industrial sensors.
  • Master’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is an advantage.
  • Independent and capable of managing complexity with high stress resistance.
  • Commercial and service-minded with excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
