Business administration specialist

We are seeking a versatile and highly organized individual to join our team as a business administration specialist. This role requires a dynamic individual with expertise in accounting, marketing, sales administration, and human resources. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of our business administration, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and successful execution across multiple functions.

You will become part of a fast growing and international team, contributing to safer civil infrastructure and more efficient renewable energy production. Our offices are located at the technology park close to Ghent.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting

  • Oversee financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Collaborate with external accountants to ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Marketing

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products or services.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior and trends.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

Sales Administration

  • Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries, orders, and contracts.
  • Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist in the development of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for management review.

Human Resources

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide support for conflict resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting, marketing, sales administration, and/or human resources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant accounting and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
